About Farmers Unite
No Farmers, No Food, No Future

The FU Story
Farmers Unite began when a small group of North East farmers came together following government proposals affecting Agricultural Property Relief and Business Property Relief.
An initial gathering outside the Northern Farming Conference at Hexham Mart quickly developed into a coordinated regional campaign. A rapidly growing online community followed, and a steering group—FU-HQ—was established to organise communications, events and political engagement.
What began as an immediate response became part of a much wider national movement defending family farms and Britain’s food-producing communities.
My Role Within FU!
I joined Farmers Unite to provide campaign strategy, communications and organisational support, and now serve as its Chief of Staff.
My work includes coordinating messaging, developing campaign strategy, supporting political engagement and helping turn the concerns of farmers and rural businesses into clear, evidence-based demands.
